Shit happens, and most coaches have bad patches. What that list doesn't show is how his teams were mostly underfunded yet he kept getting the best out of his players in most years.

He is a good coach, and while i don't fully trust him to win us the league in years to come, i'm confident he can qualify us for CL places.

While we sit in 4th place now, we only sit due to circumstances and individual brilliance from players.

Our team bar the attack on occasion doesn't play like a team. And the defence while not filled with world class players has somehow managed to be even worse under Gattuso.

We need a experience coach atm more than anything. We don't have the luxury of Man City to keep buying players until Gattuso gets it right. We have some good players in our team, but most are average or bellow average.

With that kind of mix of players, you need a experienced coach to get the best out of them, not someone that's currently learning the ropes.

Feel sorry for Gattuso. But every our game is a struggle, can't beat even weak teams comfortably. Feels like we may fall apart any moment.
Wenger is a top coach, who understands how this game works, movement, positioning and stuff like that. Second, he can develop players, he can make foundation for us where Milan can build a great team for long term.
