Carlo as an overall football entity > Jose + Benitez combined. None of those two were man enough to excel on the pitch :o

Give him the best team in the league & he will fuck up the league to a lesser team.
Give him one of the best team in europe & he will fuck up in CL & might win the league , just might.
Without having a big edge ,talking enormous ,he will win shit.
It was all Milan :o

Who cares what you think. Not me, not Carlo, and certainly not the history books. He must be disappointed with this season, but its not easy to take over a new team in a new country half way through the season after not working for 6 months. Lets wait and see if they keep him, and then how he does next season.

Still, like I've always said, nothing you say now can tarnish what he's achieved as a coach both at Milan and elsewhere.

AC Milan News ‏@Milanello

Ancelotti: "I didn’t expect such a start to the season from Milan despite all the players that have left the club, I’m not only talking about Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva. Inzaghi quit, Nesta, Gattuso and Seedorf left."

Ancelotti: "It’s a big blow and the squad needs to be rebuilt. Therefore the newly-arrived players need to take responsibilityand rebuild the environment and atmosphere that Milan had always had."

Ancelotti: "The perfect season doesn’t exist and in the difficult moments you need to find the strength and solidity, especially character-wise and from a technical point of view."

Ancelotti: "Quality-wise, Milan won’t be same as last season, but they won’t be the team that loses 3 matches out of 4 either."

Ancelotti: "Milan have always seemed like a very firm and solid team."

Ancelotti: "Naturally there are players who are at a different technical level, but the new ones need to take the responsibility that follows when you’re at a big club."

Ancelotti: "The players must remember what the Milan shirt represents."

Ancelotti:" You don’t need any alibis for the players who have left, because losing important players can be yet another motivation to start over with new ideas and a new playing style. Milan can do it."

Ancelotti: "I understand the difficulty that Milan are going through, even though I didn’t expect to see such results."

Ancelotti: "Milan need to stay united and wait for the storm to pass."

Ancelotti: "Many of the players from my Milan have the right mindset and capabilities to be a coach."

Ancelotti: "Who I see doing well as a coach? From a technical point of view, I’ll say Pirlo because of how he sees football."

Ancelotti: "I’m following Inzaghi's coaching career with the utmost curiosity."

Ancelotti: "In order to be a coach you need a lot of enthusiasm and passion."

Ancelotti: "Just because you’ve been a footballer for 20 years, then it doesn’t mean that you’ll become a good coach."

Ancelotti: "I don’t believe that Pato is irrecoverable and I hope that he’ll return soon."

Ancelotti: "Pato could be an added value to Milan because he’s an immense talent."

Ancelotti: "Unfortunately Pato has had tons of injuries and everyone hopes that he can recover."

Ancelotti: "Pato could be what Milan need to get back on the right track, along with Montolivo who’s a great midfielder."

Ancelotti: "Mexes giving the finger to the fans? It can happen that you lose your head in a difficult situation, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t any discipline at Milan. The rules that have been at Milan for a long time are still there."

Ancelotti: "Many players have left, but Ambrosini and Abbiati are still there; players who can keep this discipline going on."

Ancelotti: "Clarence Seedorf is always in a good shape, and he would do well no matter where he played."

Ancelotti: "I had a fantastic relation with Berlusconi and Galliani, despite what all the media were reporting."

Ancelotti: "I don’t know who will win the Serie A, but Barça will definitely win the Champions League this season."

Ancelotti: "I would like to return to Italy one day, but not now. Roma? Who knows?"

Why is this thread not sticky? To win 2 Cls as a player and 2 as the head coach, in my opinion, is really impressive.
