Vincenzo Montella tells La Repubblica that he wants to add a futsal coach to his staff to improve his players' technique. Innovator.

Rumour is the Milan players will dress up as footballers on Halloween this year. Could get really scary!

I thought it was kind of a common practice already.
Some clubs in Brazil have it for a decade or so.

It's just cause futsal is popular in Italy (also Spain and Brazil). I'm certain they don't have futsal coaches in other countries... England for example.

Futsal is very good to learn proper technique.
The ball is smaller and harder to deal with, the field is shorter, you got less time to think... If you can't think fast and don't have a great close control you can do nothing on this sport.

Lazio-Torino faces flood risk
By Football Italia staff

There are fears tonight’s Lazio-Torino game will have to be postponed after a freak thunderstorm struck the Stadio Olimpico.

All of Italy is under heavy rainfall today with authorities on alert for potential flooding in several major cities, including Parma, Genoa, Naples, Venice and Messina.

There are reports from the Olimpico that the pitch has several large puddles and if the rainfall continues to come down at the current rate then it’s possible the game might have to be called off.

There are also concerns over the Parma-Roma match, although the Tardini turf has been protected by sheeting placed over the last couple of days.
