The strange thing about this soap opera #MilinkovicSavic is that financial sources are completely screaming with sports. The first is from days that the possible damage, indeed probable; the latter exclude it.

Jesus not again, I seriously refuse to believe that a quality midfielder isn’t coming. How would that even be possible to once again struggle day in day out during the mercato and bring so many players, but not the most important piece? Can’t they seriously see what’s missing for all these years? Are we gonna miss out on CL again just because of this shit. First the ridicoulous decision to cancel the game against Genoa and now this, woow!

They have till 18.00 to prove us wrong, however I doubt anyone’s coming. Only ”likely” would be SMS coming and that they have been working under the radar all this time just to announce it the last day. I doubt that though. No time to start negotiations for a top player the last hours, maybe only panic buys.

The only thing that does not make any sense to me is having Laxalt, Rodriguez, and Strinic at LB. Yeah, Laxalt can play LW in an emergency, but otherwise that's just silly.

Why would a respectable financial newspaper go out on a limb with a piece of news like this? Maybe because of Elliot.

Why would DiMarzio say that he can't get confirmation(not the same as confirmation they're not) from anyone? Maybe because of a gentlemans agreement with Leo.

Either way this is an adventure with an unknown ending.

Why would Milannews report that nothing is happening? Maybe nothing is happening. Or maybe they just want to cool expectations because the outcome is yet uncertain and no one gives a shit if it comes to fruition tomorrow?
