I remember Nastasic was flavor of the month player at one point. I remember he was quite hyped when going to City.

Don't know what happened to his career afterwards.

They barely beat Borac Banja Luka, which is from Bosnia. I think they've scored in last minute. They were not convincing at all. I think it is easier opponent than Bodo.

Oh yeah that was another one too. Dugarry didn't turn out well. Zidan would have been better but we got a lot of AMs though at that time.

Fast track a deal for Hauge. He won't cost too much and has huge potential.
Norwegian football is producing some real talent at the moment, seems like a sort of golden era for them. Sweeten the deal with Bodo, by letting him stay until the end of the season.

And, the Besiktas team they played wasn't their full strength squad as apparently a few players and staff have covid so couldn't play. They seem the easier of those two teams we could've been matched against but as you know any single-leg tie can be difficult. Rebic will still be out, Ibra as well most likely. Leao is a question-mark.

The urgency is that we need him right away.
The wise thing would be to let him stay there until December.

He recently said he wanted to stay and finish the season to win the league with them. So I think he'd stay til December if it happened.

Rio Ave has a lot less quality than Bodo but they're a very good tactical team. Last season Porto, Benfica and Sporting lost points to them.
They won't attack like Bodo but it can be harder to score on them. They can park the bus and shut down teams.

Or at least that's what they did last season... Their coach has left and they lost some important players and I don't know if they replaced them properly.

Definitely worth getting him in. Physically very strong and pacey.

I'd like to know how Maldini thinks, is he realy go after the reinforcements for the top three positions on the field and limit the space for Daniel even more, I can't see Daniel going on loan

Say what people will, but he was a standout CB in the league last season. If it's a favourable deal I'd be happy with it. He can be good for us and brings leadership and experience to the team.

He was the best player on the field bar Hakan to me. For a team like Bodo/Glimt in that league he was electric. If management are interested, I can see why. If he's outperforming Calabria who was stellar last game and was really good at the end of last season then surely he must have some quality? No? :fp:
