Anyone clear about the sub rule. Can we make subs between two matches on a same day?

No it's only for in between the different days (captain changes as well).

You can check here to see what matches on are what days - so first day is only the France-Romania match, second day has the Albania-Swiss match, Wales-Slovakia match and so on.

Btw, the first deadline is after the France match has started, so you can look at the confirmed France lineup before submitting your final squad.

So,
how are the rules here?

If I have a player on my reserves, that already played and brought me 4 points, but I didnt had him in my starting eleven, do I lose his points?
I do not see his points added to my total, and I cannot sub him in the starting 11(It's Stanciu)

And when are transfers allowed?
I think I selected a player that doesnt have a great change of getting on the field.

Yup, you can't sub in a player after he has played. Always make sure to have your players that play first (Group A, B, C, D) in the team at the start of each gameweek.

Also crucial to structure your team such that you have a strong captain choice for each day. For example, Pogba on day 1, Alli on day 2, Ozil on day 3 and so on.

Transfers are allowed in between gameweeks. You can make a transfer even now, but it will only have an effect for the next set of matches (beginning with France-Albania). The gameweeks (or confusingly listed as matchdays by the site) are 7 - as seen here.

You can make unlimited transfers, but you have a limit to free transfers that vary with the gameweek. If you make more transfers than the number of free transfers allowed, you get an automatic -4 points for each transfer made above the free transfers. The number of free transfers are:
Group stage: one per matchday (gameweek)
Round of 16: unlimited
Quarter-finals: 4
Semi-finals: 6
Final: 6

You also have one wildcard which allows you to make unlimited transfers for one gameweek. Don't be a dumbass and use it during the R16. Ideal time to use it would be for the 3rd group stage gameweek (when a lot of players will be rested) or for the quarter finals.
