I did not expect jack to be stopped like that :lol: I like the way oda dealt with it because jack and his crew got solo'd by zunisha in 1 chapter and we got to discover momo's ability.

If I were to guess, apoo and hawkins joined kaidou while kidd got rekt and was left for dead or something along this scenario.

Edit: Lot of people bitching about the pacing, only covered half of the first chapter, but it honestly didn't feel slow at all to me and they adapted the Manga faithfully with no scenes skipped. The first chapter anyway was very heavy in content

Does mean it will very likely end with the slow paced option I mentioned, so it'll probably be disliked by the average Sage but who cares :o

Kuma Miko, or Girl meets Bear - yet another Kuma and Miko Anime, I had just about enough of these Anime, but I decided to give a go as I'm a forgiving man that sees the good in life, and I did not regret it one bit.
One of the top 3 stories I have ever seen about a perverted bear god and his 14 year old rebellious shrine maidens, across all forms of media.

One of the best things I like about BnHA, it always seems to keep getting better and better, like a constant rise in hype. Should burst the bubble at one point, but I'll enjoy the ride until then.

~

Reading HxH, upto around the middle of the Invasion. Thought not being animated would reduce the intensity but nope, still get goosebumps reading it. The narration also works better in the Manga than the Anime.

That's because chapter 1 was basically 2 chapters in one.

It was 52 pages long if I remember correctly.

Anyways great episode 2 and I'm hyped to see Ochako make an appearance in the next episode :b:

btw allan, assassination classroom season 2 will wrap up the manga.

An interview with the anime's director Seiji Kishi in Weekly Shonen Jump revealed in February that the anime will cover the manga's final chapter. The manga ended in the magazine's 16th issue on March 19.

I wonder if they'll be able to cover all those chapters well in so few episodes.

They'll probably have to omit some things here and there.

They'll go hard on the censor. They're trying to make this the next big Shonen, need to reel in the kids (and their parents).

Finished reading HxH, 9/10 even with the shitty art (most of it has been improved by volume releases anyway), so hyped for the next chapter now :b:

Togatshi has set up a grand story. Nice contrast between the intricate politics between the various groups, and the overall loose, "great unknown" feel of the Dark Continent.

Not gonna lie I teared up on this BnHA episode.

When he had a flashback of his mom, I was done.

I didn't expect to experience feels so quick.
