Berlusconi sacked him in a terrible way, current management could be a good start for both.

We could use a coach with a past at the club.

You reap what you sew.

There's a reason why good clubs don't want this guy either; he sucks.

So, after just 2 stints as a coach, one where he got 50% winning, although not having any experience and another one of 14 games in China, you can diagnose that he sucks as a coach and has no chance of ever being good?

That's a bit of a confident prediction

Not exactly an easy task.

Why did they get rid of Pepe Mel?

Not the best situation to be in, but I'm sure he will do a good job.

It's nice to see Milan legends in coaching positions. Hopefully, in a couple of years the likes of Seedorf, Rino, Pippo, Oddo and co will be fighting for CL

I followed Deportivo since Seedorf took over. Unfortunately the situation was already unsalvageable when he took over, considering the league table at the time.

He did quite good tho. They picked up some points and their play started getting a lot better. In a lot of matches they had the upper hand but couldn't convert due to bad finishing. He says he could stay, he could go, not sure yet. He enjoyed his time there.

He makes the worst decisions as a coach. Third team in his career, third team he took over mid season, two of them during a crisis (Depor and Milan). He needs a few seasons of consistent learning at one team, Depor could provide him that imo.

Yeah, a season in Segunda Division wouldn't be so bad... and Deportivo is a team with tradition. If he can start by winning it and then go to ascend in La Liga, that would be nice. I can see Spain as a good fit for his style.

Clarence Seedorf wishes Gennaro Gattuso well as Milan Coach - “it takes time and unity… unlike the management when I was there”.

The Dutchman retired from football to take over on the Rossoneri bench in January 2014, but he was sacked on June 9 after just 22 games.

“Rino is doing a good job,” Seedorf said in the mixed zone after Andrea Pirlo’s testimonial last night.

“I hope he can grow with the team and calmness in the board room. It takes time and unity which there is these days, unlike the management when I was there. Therefore, there are the conditions to grow.

“I have no regrets - perhaps some other adjectives…

“It was an intense experience where I learned a lot, but there remains a lot of disappointment because there weren’t agreements and shared ideas.

“I hope the Milan fans will once again be able to dream of important things.”

Absolutely not. Seedorf 5 years ago wouldn't be a starter.

U and I both know that statement was hyperbolic and it's ridic how unmarked he was in that clip

that said.. it's sad how I can't see anyone in our squad make that first touch/forward turn and maybe even the finish..

I miss them days
