Most of last page nominees are way behind gold IMHO. Added a poll since it's such a subjective matter. If members won't vote for human filter there who are mods to say what belongs there and what doesn't? So if poll passes during this week we shall see cleaner thread - gold or no posts at all.

In addition to introducing himself in the completely wrong thread (the Flamini thread), he's spamming in the Shevchenko thread in the Italian forum.

One post therein, "Non c'è altro dio che Allah Muhammad Messaggero di Dio," roughly translates to "There is no other god than Allah." The previous two posts were a comment about Shevchenko in both Italian and in Arabic. All the posts are only a few minutes apart.

(I Googled an Arabic-English translator, in case you're wondering.)

That God is Honest, and Shevshenko isn't like Before(something like this , but it is hard to translate it perfectly cuz its comming from soething close to an Arabic Saying)

Depends. There are the ones always walking on thin ice. Might get a warning if they constantly break rules a little(small flaming). But some violations result an instaban(spammers; big flamewar for example).
