I am hoping that his bad season for Inter was because the team was bad last year, if Pazzini will play like he did in his first 6 months at Inter then I am happy with this trade although I dont understand how we decided to include 7m in the deal.

This I don't get either. Sure Cassano might be a tad bit older but he's also the better player out of both of them... But is he really 7m old?
4-5m Would have made more sense.

stupid people partnering Pazzini with Pato.....

we should be talking about how compatible he is with Robinho, not Pato. Robinho will be our star striker next year... hopefully El Shaarawy will prove me wrong and show that he can grow into something.. for me he still lacks alot of character at this stage. I have totally disregarded Pato and Pazzini from the equation - the only thing with them is the time they will take from the other two players. Both these players are known to be 'invisible' players - who tend to disappear from games and make zero impact - just like the legendary Alberto Gilardino.

People saying Pato and Pazzini wont do well..definitely jump to conclusions too quickly.
Is it because both actually aim to score..
Pazzini will actually help Pato a lot. Pazzini is good at holding it up and will help Pato, because he is unlike Ibra, who feared Patos ability to outscore him.

Pato was at his best alongside Pippo and Boriello, and Pazzini is a mix of these two.
