Definite red, imo.

Could have easily broken his leg. Not in control, studs raised, high.

He did take the yellow out but he didn't award it, and what else is VAR for?

Very good game so far though. Could easily be either team up 2-0

Absolutely no idea if they used it.

Referees can change their minds. Remember that time the ref accidentally showed Ronaldinho a red in a friendly for us.
