There are far too many to name past & present
Which epl sides had a smaller growth?

Only thing Gazidis brings is experience of sitting at the table with Emirates.

Yup, because we don't need any more assistance on handing out bad contracts like he done at Arsenal.

good.

samu and hakan to start. Switch up our attacking game play

Man SS was buzzing last night.

I think Halilovic may get the start in Suso's spot. With no Cutrone for tomorrow, there isn't a back up to Higuain (which is probably Borini for tomorrow) so it doesn't make sense to start Borini on the wing.

Gazidis got a that kit deal for Arsenal as well with the "Visit Rwanda" patch on the sleeve that got them like 30-40m. Should be easy to find something like that as well for Milan from his native continent.

I always had the same opinion on Higuain. He is a world class striker but he's not legendary, he fails big matches like Zlatan does . I "hate" him to this day, like I "hate" Zlatan. I supported both though when they played/play for us. Am I happy that we finally have a top cf? Yes! Would I swap him for a merda like Icardi? Fuck no. Would I swap him for maybe a bit weaker but more likable (in my opinion) forwards like Cavani? Yes I would. I hate icardi also, but the difference is that he's not a WC forward :D he's proven nothing. If you point out stats I point out players that hardly anyone would call WC with similiar stats, and even players like Toni who have much better stats and still arent considered top class, and if they are for stats only, that sets a really high bar and shitheads like mauro cant even compete. If we dont take stats, then icardi has literally nothing to offer.

Lmao hates Icardi, Higuain and Ibra (who won us our last Scudetto) yet thinks Cavani is God :fp: Also believes Hakan and Kessie are world class even though they haven’t achieved anything  Congrats LocalHeroine80IQ you’re officially r+b’s most illogical, backwards thinking poster!:lol:

After watching Liverpool molest PSG yday it’s clear as day a top coach and a couple of top players would do us wonders. Henderson, Milner etc are renowned fodders but playing alongside Salah + Mane and being coached by Klopp has made them look like completely different players.

Also, both Rabiot + Di Maria would be excellent pickups for free.

Elliott and Milan expect Gazidis to increase the club’s turnover, in order to sign players. One of the areas that Gazidis will have to work in, is to sign new sponsorship deals, for example a new "car sponsor" after the departure of Audi in summer 2017. [@sole24ore]

Yeah, it's so simple.
And let's all pretend Liverpool hasn't sucked dick between 2008 and 2016.

Keep it American. All the players get F-150 pick up trucks.

What are you on about? Since Klopp’s arrival in 2015 Liverpool have qualified for the CL every season (bar the first one) and reached both the Europa & CL finals. Also, the top players have arrived in droves since he joined (Firmino, Mane, Salah, Alisson). Before that, they sucked donkey balls bar the lone season they finished 2nd under Rodgers. So yeah, it really is that simple as hiring a top coach guarantees results and big signings almost instantly.

“Visit Monza” is more appropriate now that B+G are in charge

Out of those only Alisson can be regarded as having had top player status when they moved there so this doesn't make sense.

Flamengo's vice-president, Ricardo Lomba: "We are already planning for the upcoming season. The sale of Lucas Paquetá is a hypothesis, if he goes away, we will have money to replace him with a player on his level."

Note: The last matchday in the Brazilian league is in December.

Dani Olmo's agent: "I can confirm that Milan and other clubs have followed Dani [Olmo]. There are several Italian clubs interested in him, but also in England and Spain."

Gian Piero Gasperini has been banned for blasphemy, and therefore he won't be on the bench for #MilanAtalanta on Sunday.

Probable lineup vs. Dudelange (4-3-3):

Reina; Abate, Caldara, Romagnoli, Laxalt; Kessie, Biglia, Bakayoko; Halilovic, Higuain, Borini. [Sky]

Firmino/Mane/Salah were borderline top players when they moved based on their past performances and large transfer fees involved. Not every top/borderline top player has to cost 70m you know.

Dani Olmo is already 20 years old and I never heard his name before. Is he good enough to play for us?

When I was young and green I fancied Ferrari as our main sponsor. Think 'Motta' shirt but with Ferrari in white and the famous F.

Fuck you, fiat and juve

But that's just your opinion on them though. What happened to the objectivity?

Had firmino and mane even played in cl before they moved there? Wasn't salah considered a flop by the vast majority?

Bold part is super funny for obvious reasons.

Also quite funny how they went from top players to top/borderline top players just like that.

Lmao so never playing CL automatically means you're not a top player? I guess you must come from the LocalHeroine80IQ school of thinking whereby Icardi and Romagnoli aren't top players given they've never played CL before :fp:

As for Salah, he flopped at Chelsea (due to limited opportunities) but killed it at Viola and Roma where he was the top RW in the league for 2 seasons before being sold. But yeah I guess that's the textbook definition of flopping

It's clear the definition of a top player is a contentious issue on this "special" forum e.g. Icardi which is why I used the word "borderline" to accommodate "special" individuals :D
