The referee sucked.. His all decisions were unfair and against Real Madrid.. Lately Barca seems very antipathetic to me..

Very true. As much as I want Barca to win the game and the tittle, the ref gave too many favorable calls for them. Van Bommel was very smart in getting the penalty, he was actually coming towards the defender and not the other way around.

Roberto Carlos second yellow? C'mon! This is el classico, probably the most hotly contested game in Europe (similar to Milan Derby) and you expect the players not too get charged up?

And what about Ronaldo's appeal for penalty when he was brought down? Ronaldo is never known to be a diver and replay clearly showed the ref should point to the spot. But then again, is there any ref in the world brave enough to give a penalty againts Barca at the Nou Camp playing against their sworn enemy Real Madrid? I don't think so.

Great great goal by Ronaldo. If someone can do it, it's him.

I wanted Barca to win, because of Frank Rijkaard, but after Van bommel dived, I was just sad that such a team would need to do that...
I like Barca better when Saviola and Cocu played for them...

Rijkaard released Saviola because he doesn't fit into the system of play he is bringin' into Barca... plus he can't gurantee Saviola an automatic place in the 1st 11... esp wif Eto'o leadin' in tat department...
another bad sale i think is Riquelme & Geovanni... both whom he discarded... now Riquelme is provin' his worth both in Spain & europe... whilst Geovanni has rediscovered himself in Benfica... but luckily for him... he has Messi & Ronaldinho...

I think he was much too angry. He would have been sent off eventually. It was just a matter of time.
Anyway, don't you guys cry for Real being disadvantaged by a referee. They were also helped alot in the past.

Barca won by 1 goal against Villarreal with Eto'o scorin' the only goal...

Larsson was taken off in the 9th min to be replaced by Ezquerro who came off in the 35th min for Maxi Lopez... whilst Belletti replaced van Bommel in the 85th min...
seein' that Larsson was taken off so early... maybe he picked up an injury...

Becoz there were no other big-name striker available to replace Owen. So since they couldn't get Adriano, Henry, etc... they went for Cassano.

they were smart in gettin' Cassano... for a striker of his ability... they got him for 3.5 million... they can easily sell him off for somethin' around 10 million to 15 million just within a season... bad deal? i think it's a good deal... they could even trade him off to get Adriano plus just a little cash...

Well. IMO if Cassano was playing for Milan, you'd be very satisfied by him. He's a brilliant player, just got some attitude problems.
