I just checked, and empoli is WTF.. in the past 10 games, they've beaten napoli, torino, fiorentina, sampdoria, drew atalanta, but lost against the likes of SPAL, Bologna and Udinese..

Hopefully they will beat the shit out of inter too, they seem to have a good run against better teams :-D

maybe jube tried. honestly their last 7 games vs atalanta have been 3 wins 3 draws and 1 loss. atalanta is a very good side. On their day they can beat any team. We definitely choked though. Let's hope a miracle happens on the last day.

Did lazio and napoli and inter also not try ?

True, but we are doing it the wrong way. We keep buying players, and changing coaches, when it should have been the other way around.

I'm saying this summer is year zero, because we will finally get a good coach that may actually have the backing of the club for more than a year. I mean if they gave Gattuso so much time, they might give the new guy at least 2 seasons as well.

I just hope we don't sell what few good players we have. It all depends on how much Elliot want to invest, because we are not Man United and we can't afford to loose on CL season after season like they do.

It will be an interesting summer, to say the least.

I cant see atalanta giving this away against sassuolo. If there is any hope left, it definitely lies with inter-empoli.

I hope we can make the CL.

On a different note the fight for relegation is exciting,

Genoa MUST win. Udinese is almost saved. If Genoa beats Fiorentina, then Fiorentina is relegated. Empoli needs a win too.

Napoli could have scored 5 or 6 against Atalanta.
It is just that they are in good form and had a lot of luck vs Napoli.
They draw vs Inter.

He could move only to Juventus, but it seems like Sarri is their n.1 choice.

I am definitely seeing the bright side of Atalanta in CL.

Italy start in 4th spot in coeff rankings next season (?). Atalanta being drawn from pot 4 and getting recycled will help entrench that position.

Absolutely buzzing for Atalanta. I mean, it's very sad for Milan and all that, but Atalanta have probably played the best football I've ever seen in Serie A. It would have been a travesty if they missed out on the Champions League. Gasperini is Guardiola reincarnated. Papu Gomez is his Messi.

Can't wait for Atalanta to beat Barcelona away next season
