Yeah. Some people consider Balotelli world class or dream player, yet he only scored 5 more goals than Icardi in a better team while playing way more games
Also, it's a dream signing mainly because of Icardi's personality not his skills. He is cool as ice, never gets nervous. He sees what he wants and he goes after it.

Looking at the team right now, the only spots I see that could be improved are - LCB, and possibly a good, (young) back up full back.
CM I am not sure yet, as we have not seen Jack yet, and Pippo could always switch to a 2 man mid, and in that case we would be set.
A LCB with characteristics we need would be someone like Nastasic. He'd be the ideal partner for either of Alex, Zapata and Rami.
That is if we get to CL.

While CB and midfield are obvioah bigger needs and there are plenty of dream signings I would love to add there, up top Zaza is moving up the list of dream signings for me.
