Would be leading with 1-0 within the first 10mins if cutrone could finish

cutrone was playing in the primavera less than a year ago, I give him a pass.

andre silva however will never get a pass, since he can't position himself to get one.

As with the post above:

Can everyone stop being so fucking negative.

One bad result and we're shitter than Burnley and would lose 5-0 against Arsenal.

The type of people that stub their toe and knock down their house.

:thumbsup::thumbsup::star::star:

this team will never reach its full potential if they are told to give up when they find things hard.
this is a weak mentality for lower tier teams.
everybody says that they want MILAN to be MILAN again.
giving up will not help this team reach this kind of level.
to be great you need to fail and come back stronger after your failure

Did everything he could. The subs and timings were spot on, although he really has a poor choice list. I hope the Chinese deliver some cash for transfers in the summer.

Agree, subs were definitely on target, especially the Calabria one.

“If you look at the table, we have closed the gap a great deal. There are still 11 games to go, seven of them at home. We’ll see. It’s important to get a few players back in shape."

7 home out of 11 :star:

good subs...but calabria should always start in RB...

yes he over committed to attack vs arsenal...but he's 10x more dangerous than borini.

like how he anticipated the game, switched smoothly to 4-4-2 and dominated the last few minutes
and the fighting spirit till the end
cant blame him because our left side is just a disaster with bonan, hakan and RR

I think Calabria was having some problems, otherwise would have started.

looks like Rino is prioritizing defence above all and try to win 1-0 most of the time, not that i'm complaining. it works in the league but maybe 50/50 chance in europe.

Incredible that he got Silva to score AND beat Genoa. To think that a win in the derby and we're 3 points off 4th as it stands...

Bravo Rino, I was so wrong about you. Proved everyone wrong first as a player and now as a manager.

2 things he's got to do now tho:

1. Get advice from Carlo about beating Spalletti

2. Ask the curva to organise something about 7 finals for these last 7 home games, each game with a coreo about 1963, 1969, 1989, 1990, 1994, 2003, 2007 and remind these players that this is where we belong

I can't imagine anyone snubbing him like Bacca did with Montella for ex. At least, not doing it and staying alive :D

Nice pick up after the shock in first half. And his subs were spot on.

Great game, really enjoyed it.

Where are those whiny pessimistic bitches that were predicting our loss and "good bye 4th spot"?

It was clear as day we were dominating and playing rather well. Their 1st goal was due to a combination of fuck ups, while their 2nd one was a thing of beauty. Those things happen.

As always, very good performance by Rino, spot on subs. Probably his only mistake was to field Zapata over Musakio. Considering Musa's great cameo today, if that happens again, I will be really perplexed.

Our next 4 matches

7uve (A)
Inter (H)
Saussolol (A)
Napoli (H)

Hard stuff. I predict 2 wins and 2 draws.

Im sure we can beat any of these teams, even Juve or Napoli. Ofc we would need to play a great game, but we proved we can do it.
