they could start a new era correctly by hiring an experienced coach, instead they are taking a massive risk by hiring an assistant manager with limited experience who was never even a great player.

cavani 12 mil is ok when you give 10 mil+ to bonucci and 6 mil to donna ,if you sell donna and his 6 mil wages + kalishits 4 mil wages there you go.

i wrote eriksen couse ,barca,real,city,psg all have that type of player and if we offer spurs 60-70 mil and 8 mil to him he would come in second.

but hiring players doesn't matter when the coach won't make it work, and arsenal's players have a similar problem to milan in that they are pussies, and I doubt arteta will change that.

arsenal and milan are very very similar in that regard thats why im gonna enjoy watching arsenal make moves.
the way arsenal is going forward is replacing saboteur wenger who controlled the whole club pretty much and they are gonna replace this 1 man with 3/4 competent people..the coach will only rly coach the first team
in other words..arteta will have 0 control and mislintat will have 100% and that is the correct way (manager should request certain players and the TD/scout should find players best suitable)

yea im not informed about arteta maybe he is just placeholder or something..wenger is gone for like 2/3 weeks so gonna take a bit of time maybe
thats why they start with the TD who maybe will stay at arsenal for 10 years..then when they feel they have the right set of players arsenal will go fullout for a top coach

let the td do his work (already got sokratis and mavrapolos) and then when things are starting to heat up get a grand coach

they are doing a real year 0
not the fake stuff we do every year

nagelsman is the future tho and he is great at managing club/players wich is important like u said urself
tactics only go so far in football ofc ^^its not like there is layers and layers of tactical football knowledge

First of all, he won't leave Spurs to play for THIS Milan side and they won't sell him for that money...If SMS is worth 110m, Eriksen is worth at least that but I think he would go for more.
