I disagree with both and it's a shame that you stopped liking my posts because you disagree with them.
Jack did not consistently made the right passes, he made a lot of mistakes. His crosses never reached their target, they were always too short or too far. You may find an odd one cross out of 8-9 crosses attempted that succeeded.
You're waiting for Bacca to start performing? What are you expecting? Have you ever thought that maybe this Bacca we are seeing now is the real Bacca? He isn't known to be a second striker, he never was actually. He's a centre forward that finishes balls, at the moment we are asking for too much from him but let's continue on Bonaventura.
Our problem for recent years has always been creativity, that's a very huge reason to why we look so clueless. Bona has taken the responsibilities to create chances (good job for trying to take the responsibilities) BUT his attempts have failed the majority of the time. Don't believe me? Watch a replay of the games this season.
He is very good at keeping the ball at feet... he feels like he needs to do that every time and that's a problem because it slows down our game play a great deal - but it also can be advantageous depending on the situation at any given time. With Jack he doesn't switch between being selfish and holding up the ball and distributing the play fast...no... he wants the ball at his feet 24/7, always tries to dribble (a does lose the ball frustratingly) and always tries to deliver a final ball in which he always fails.
If we bring someone instead of Jack that can deliver the final balls you'll see a huge difference. All of a sudden all those 4 shots on target that Jack takes every game will suddenly start getting on target, and all of the crosses will finally start reaching their targets... there is no chance that we can bring a player who would do worse in creating chances than Jack for us.
He is a very useful player to have at LCM in a midfield 3... but in a midfield of 4 or in a 4-3-3, I hate using him as a left winger even though that's his natural position. He is not good enough. The same applies to Cerci... Alessio used to be good enough for Torino but since joining Milan he has never showed anything to prove that he deserves to get another chance. He has been abysmal, his ball control has been as pathetic as his dribbling abilities. He can't even sprint without losing the ball.
The exact problem with Milan is that people think Jack and Cerci had good games. Those are the guys that need to be crucified after the last performance. Of course there were others that were just as bad like Montolivo, Kucka, Bacca and Abate but those guys do have some good games and some bad ones. Cerci hasn't had a good game this season yet, and Jack does provide some goals/assists here and there but he is supposed to be doing a lot more. He is wasting 60% of Milan's chances every game just because of his selfishness.
