Tielemans at 30-40m would be a steal.

21 years old, with over 200 games under his belt.
40 of those in UCL/EL and 30+ in France.

Also played 13 times for Belgium.

Shared almost identical minutes at the world cup to Moussa Dembele.

First time i came across him, was towards the end of the 2014 season. Seen this pass

I would have swapped Silva for him.

I think we need a more proven player if we are to replace bonaventura. Not that I know much of him but it makes more sense to get a guarantee in this position.
