Pep has now mastered set pieces as well, this might be football's final form

KDB was made to lead the counter attack attack. Best player in the league.

Raheem Sterling.... another player who is having his best season under Peps guidance.

A trend which began at Barca :smileani:

To be fair, even Montella can probably walk the league playing with the likes of Mangala and Delph

It's not Pep who's coaching this football team, it's a bag of money coaching other bags of money

Why couldn’t you beat a richer club? I’ve never seen a bag of money score a goal.

What team did he manage that was “not great”?

I never get this argument. Why should he manage Sassuolo to prove himself? Guardiola was given a shot at Barca after doing well with the B team and went on to win a treble in his first season. Continuously winning at big clubs is harder than challenging yourself and doing well at Napoli, Dortmund or whatever.

He continued to succeed everywhere he went and that's why he is where he is and Leonardo, Ferrara, Strama, Seedorf, Inzaghi etc aren't. Mourinho's last successful period being at Inter (fewer resources than at Real, Chelsea or United) shows that money alone doesn't win shit.

Guardiola changed modern football and is the Sacchi of our time, stop being so bitter and just enjoy having the privilege of watching his teams.
