Fuck UEFA
Fuck UEFA. Complete joke of an organization. If PSG wins the UCL this year they should just disband.

Nobody questions the legitimacy of the PSG owners. PSG are a super power in the game now, unlike us. There's not enough clarity in regards to who actually owns the club and we're still nowhere near the UCL.

Not being in a position of strength means we will be punished by UEFA in time.

A 335 billion global empire is legit when it comes to QSI. They have the reserves to make UEFA look the other way.

Li was supposed to own phosphorus mines. Fassone presented a fantasy document twice to UEFA. It should be of no surprise that UEFA would reject the voluntary agreement.

Li is just a face. I don't think he is the real owner or guy running the show. Everyone knew going in he didn't have the resources to run the club long term and he wouldn't have spent 200m if that was the case if he was dealing with a massive loan. The real owner is still a mystery and for some reason can't be identified. Li may be involved in some form, but I think there are still higher ups above him.

That's the point, Li the figure head can disappear like the phosphorus mines. We are propped up with shady loans. The mystery surrounding who actually owns the club will always be a negative until the truth is revealed.

I remember reading Li isn't even among the 400 richest people in China. So there must be some super rich guy or group in the background that was willing to pay such a high price for Milan. Maybe the Chinese government owns the club.

Correct.

Maybe the Chinese government owns the club.

Highly unlikely. It's highly likely to be a filthy rich Chinese business group/individual sitting on piles of shady money (drug/mafia/whatever other shadiness in China) that they are desperate to launder.

It has to be someone loaded. To pay that much and take on yearly costs/losses of running a big club is definitely not cheap. Plus the huge loan to pay back. Someone shady from China Silvio may have known haha.

Drugs and Mafia money will never get big enough to finance something like this operation, at least in China imo. The State shuts those activities down once they get to a certain level.

It is most likely a corrupt politician/business man financing this. Most recent tycoons involved in Chinese Super League seems to be involved in real estate.

"In particular the Chamber has considered that, to date, there are still some uncertainties regarding the refinancing of the debt that must be repaid by October 2018 and the financial guarantees provided by the major shareholders."

Anyone else notice UEFA doesn't mention Li at all, but says major shareholders?

Sell all the parasites and start from zero again is the only choice. We have decent players but there's a negative cloud over the entire club right now and a lot of negativity.

F&M Fucked up in the end by not bringing in a quality starting LW over Kalinic and Montella fucked up by forcing Bonucci to play as playmaker from the back when he's not good at that.

Last year's team had less talent but played smarter and harder IMO.

Also, sell Dollar to whoever and get rid of all of Raiola's clients. Bring in a smart manager (Sorry Rino)and please go back to 4-3-3.

Only way to be in CL next season is to win EL... long shot but talent is there.

This is a really nice circus Milan has gotten itself into. Every shred of whatever remaining class this club had is slowly but surely being drained. Nobody knows who the real owner of the club still is lolol...can't make this stuff up!

Fuck UEFA, they're trying to make an example of us after treated being like a bitch organization by the filthy rich arab cunt clubs (the clubs being cunts, not the arabs :D). We're the first one's who are doing this voluntary shit.

I believe Fassone will get us through this. not worried at all.

The secrecy around ownership doesn't help, but a few things:

1) Milan were the first club to even request the VA
2) The Settlement Agreement is something Inter and Roma have entered into without even trying the VA (despite the solidity of Suning)
3) Fassone has provided us the reasons for the rejection shortly after the verdict, a level of clarity that we had desperately wanted under previous ownership
4) The SA doesn't mean the sky is falling...let's see the terms of it first

FFP is not about transparent ownership.
It's about clubs being healthy financially and not spending their way into trouble.

Fassone:

“The settlement agreement is something many clubs in Europe are familiar with and has been in place for several years now, including some Italian clubs. We tried to avoid getting sanctions for violations of the FFP of previous years (2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17).

“We are not talking about violations of today but in the past. UEFA did not give us the option to avoid sanctions. We hope they will not be excessive and will be in line with sanctions that have been imposed in the past. UEFA will make a proposal to Milan with a sanction to cover the FFP violations of the previous years.”

real owners are ma huateng and hui ka yang

That’s a bitchslap from UEFA after they got bitchslapped by PSG and Manchester City

even inda created a fake suning training ground sponsorship of 40m/year(while pirelli pays 10m/year or something similar) to avoid ffp and so on.
i dont see why we cant do the same

I dont think the market is crazy enough for a 100M GK just yet... 70/75M is the tag, for Juve? Its 75M + Daniele Rugani.
