That midfield could really boss the game defensively, hopefully we get the real Biglia from the get go this season. He right now is as important as anyone imo.
That ship has sailed you will never see the Biglia you expect.

I´d rather play Bona in LCM because I`d rather play a winger who is new to the squad than a CM.
That midfield is very limited without Bona too, maybe I´m too harsh with Baka but until he proves otherwise is see him as an extremely limited player who is neither good in attack nor in front of defense, just a defensive runner. Playing extremely reactive might work against Napoli though.

remember when Napoli scored 4 against us twice rofl. 2 years in a row. or was it 3 times. that's fucking embarrassing. it was at home too ffs. absolute joke. manager should have been fired straight after such a pathetic performance.

We will need that against Napoli.

Kaka will watch Napoli-Milan on Saturday before attending Milan-Roma at San Siro on August 31 [GdS]

Dude is a disaster on the right. People who don't see this need to revaluate their image of what even a decent defender looks like, or they have been watching too much premier league.

looks like you are the watching premier league instead of milan games. he was great last season. maybe few off games but overall he dominated that side.

Calabria is really average, he never dominated anything.

Not disagreeing.. but he had one of the best match performances I’ve seen by a Meelan player in years vs Lazio last year

Not sure if that’s saying much

Calabria showed heaps last season and to be fair to him, he’s been injury riddled for a couple of seasons. Finally strung some games together and filled the hole Conti left. Too say he’s really average is just plain stupid.

He's average which doesn't mean he's bad. There are RB on his level, sometimes even above, in midtable teams, which is the definition of average.

He had some good games and some brainfarts in defending, he has quality crossing, but physically he's limited for playing in the RB position.

But yeah, let's pretend he dominated his flank.

To avoid misunderstanding, i never said Calabria shouldn't play, he will start until someone that performs better than him will be available, and i'm happy with that, maybe Calabria himself will step up his playing and keep his starting place until retirement.

We don't have better option for RB right now except playing CB there. Abate offers similar quality like Calabria but the latter is much younger. I suggest Musacchio to guard our RB if only Caldara is ready to start playing with Romagnoli. Othwerwise, Calabira is the most reasonable choice we could choose.

Calabria is fine to start...for now. Rr is a bigger liability than him.
