I will win CL in 10 consecutive years if I have this squad in FM. Bunch if very good talents indeed.
But in real life not so much, they will need time to gel and adapt to the new league.

I would have to disagree. Fullbacks that can overload the opposite defense are so important imo. Also I like the idea of players of the same position being similar as it means that they can fit seamlessly in the system. In realt with kalulu he was a center back who pushed forward. Now playing ceterback in a youth team is not the same as against men. I think right back for him will be a good start. I think ideally a player like Dumfries would be a good option for right back as he is a captain of his team so he will be good as a leader. Plus he himself can learn of ibra to hopefully pass. That same message for future generation players.

Time of purely defensive fb is gone. Calcio has changed and its more dinamical. U need fb's that play both ways UNLESS theres really a specifical variation of the players on the field. No need for that, just find amodern right back somewhere

Nah.

Gabbia needs to start 30+ games per season, but he can't at Milan, he's not ready. It's ok very few CBs can play top level at his age.

Sportmediaset - Mandate from Elliott: close the Tonali deal also by raising the offer
The Elliott group would have given the green light to Milan to close the Sandro Tonali deal. This was reported by SportMediaset which tells how the agreement could be built on the basis of 10 million euros plus 25 bonuses - as confirmed yesterday - but also with a four-year 2.5 million euros (to go up) for the player. The owners have given a mandate to Massara and Maldini to close the deal also possibly raising the first proposal, thus beating the competition from Inter.

for his bad he also started other games
he is slow, not strong, needs years to learn
for deep sitting club he may look ok if he wont be error prone.

Who said that's the only/best way? Game time is not the only thing contributing to player development. Small teams don't have the staff, equipment and know how of top teams.

Even Varane wasn't getting much game time in his first few years with Real
