Been looking forward to seeing this kid ever since we signed him. Gotta admit, I know nothing about him except for a few youtube video's and his 5 min cameo in the pre season... but people say he's the new Pirlo and gotta admit, I love Pirlo, so have to get excited about Fossati as well.... Really excited!

He didn't got promoted, I don't from where joyrider got it from (any link btw?).
There's a report just today that he returned to training with Primavera after this time spend with the first team. He didn't got a number nor is listed in the official site squad list.

I still believe he and Calvano will be part of the first team, in one form or another. Propably in a role similar to Merkels last year, but maybe not as prolific.
Considering the lack of youth and creativity in our current midfielders, these two (and Valoti) will most definitely and repeatedly be called up to Allegris squad this season. Even if we were to sign MrX, there'll be space for Fossati and Valoti.
Simply put, rotation between Dolcettis and Allegris squads! Anything else would be a waste of talent and a punishable case of malpractice!
The players that get ''promoted'' to the first team can they still play with the primavera then? Kind of pointless to have them in the senior squad if they will get to play 1-2 matches the whole season.
They need quality playing time, gain experience and not sit on the bench which is a problem for many young italian players these days.
Ehhh, if only lega wasnt so incompetent and got that reserve league up and running.

Well, good news that Barca are interested in Fossati (if the news is true).
In the last friendly game (Trofeo TIM), he disappeared in the game and showed up when Bommel was taken out. He should try to initiate the play but first he should boost his confidence.

Its obvious he has class and could become a real class playmaker. Same goes Valotti, Shaarawy, Beretta, MErkel and Vardi and the young CB I cant remember name right now

wtf is this? we're supposed to believe that farca is actually looking at one of our youth players. LOL even so, they'll never get their hands on Fossati. Fossati and Calvano were both brought in the primavera to eventually land up in the starting XI, that I'm pretty sure of. so like Kasoka said,
