Thanks besikaka..hmm now i know why i cant find that tab to change my signature...coz i havent met the minimum number of posts (250 rite?) okie in that case, it's okie...i guess, i'll just have to wait..
other than this, i love this new layout..

nicer layout indeed ... though an old bag like me will take some time to adjust to new or different functions.

one thing ... i can't seem able to get hold of the smilies; there must be some options i haven't set correctly: anyone (david) can help out?

i can see other posters' ones but i can't use them myself ... or at least, i don't know how to do it cos they are nowhere in my reply window (i can just see icons but not smilies)

Yeah..at first i had some trouble figuring out where on Earth the smilies had gone to..but i've also figured out the enhanced message reply window thingy...

It'd probably be good to have a help post on these boards as an announcement or something..cos there've been numerous changes and not everyone's adept at figuring them all out...

Go to your user CP, top left
Click on edit options
Scroll down to Messaging & Notification
Check Enable Private Messaging
Check Show New Private Message Notification Pop-up (if you want of course)
Save your changes

And that's it
