I havent had the time. Working on scholarship essays on why i deserve someone else to pay for me. The exchange rate is killing me. It shot up at the wrong time so my debt undertaking increased potentially by 10% and course fee by 10% as well for this year.

No, it is definitely not low. The only advantage it provides over US is a lower opportunity cost because it is a one year course rather than two, so i can enter the job market early. However, uk is not good for jobs since they are discouraging immigration, so i wont be able to take advantage of their currency rate.

Yeah and each increase in exchange rate by 1 rupee adds an extra 25,000 rs (400 usd) to my overall costs. So a change from 78 to 102 has added 9600 usd over the last year.
