he could but he looks like he doesn't care anymore and has really let himself go.

it might not have made much sense but having him turn heel and join the aces could have been a good move (considering the aces are clearly here to stay)

he needs to lose weight maybe turn heel and look like he gives a fuck.
I doubt hogan will push him as a face because of his look.

I would turn him heel and have him feud with hardy running through the gimmick gauntlet.
hardy gets to go against a believable monster and joe gets to fight a big name willing to take crazy bumps.

(hardy got a concussion from the top rope powerbomb bully gave him hence his limited involvement on impact)

even giving him the X-division title would work and force him to work hard or make him look lame as shit (like BOB)

TNA does have a problem with some wrestlers getting lazy like joe, BOB, storm, sting, and even roode is no where near as ripped as he was when he was champ.

you wouldn't get this in the WWE where vince would clamp down on lazyness.
in the WWE you can be a shit wrestler but you can't look like a shit wrestler.
