Why aren't you reporting people when they post insults against you? Insults are against forum rules.
There are three users whom I really appreciate for their extent of reporting: nProdigy, Pharaoh and Mr. Delicious. All three are good examples to follow.

Theres like no standard XD. Theres so much preferential treatment, no warnings, arbitrary bans, uneven moderation in threads etc. It kills the atmosphere here completely. More often than not it's the substantive members getting banned vs the ones who actually don't add anything.
I actually like sage, despite our differences, but you can put a solid argument for his ban for trolling. Yet Hitman gets banned because Necro doesn't like him.
I got banned for "trolling" raz and got a two day ban for being pissed about italy crashing out of eruos. No insults, not harassment, just blaming Conte. Not even a fucking warning. Doesn't even bother providing quotes as proof of crime.

At the very least when someone is banned, provide quotes instead of some shitty writing you think was witty as proof of crime. That way they actually know what they did.
