do you think we bid for him because he has a spanish passport now so he's a eu player
Most Spanish people think the same about Capello in your former statement. However, your latter statement holds more ground IMO. Don Fabio has won everything there is, and his tactics can't be questioned. He is one of the best managers, and he was Madrid's best offseason acquisition....not Canna, Emerson, VanKneeStillSore, or Diarra...milan*7 said:Didn't take Capello long to turn Real Juve into bore draw specialists
IMO he'll soon find a way to utilize all his attacking options + when he does the contest will be over... cheers
yeah in 96 he won la liga with real madrid stayed their for just one season then he moved back hereDonippoRuiShevdini said:Most Spanish people think the same about Capello in your former statement. He has coached in La Liga one season prior to this. I believe he won La Liga Championship that year too.

Rijkaard actually played the right card here. Puyol looked fairly dominant in their CL encounter vs. Sofia. Puyol would never be benched for an extended period of time at Barcelona. Would be like benching Maldini at Milan. Would never happen for more than a match.madtherchot said:Finally Rijkaard realizes Puyol is nothing but a burly '80s ****** and opts for Thuram (who's good cause he mastered his trade with the best). Zambrotta-Thuram-Marquez-Rio looks like a pretty tough backline but I'm still hopefull.
Funny that their much elevated captain has been dropped for a 35 year old last-chance-for-success (clubwise, of course) African

I was referring to the fact that Puyol came up through Barcelona's youth system, much like Maldini did at Milan. G14 clubs usually don't produce players like this through those ranks. They don't need to. They have all the money. That seems like a good comparison to me.madtherchot said:Please, I don’t see any relations between burly ****** and Paolo.

BTW, anybody know how long is Milan contract with adidas? They were our sponsor from the 90/91 until 92/93 season before Lotto took over then back again from 98/99 till now.
