According to Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri are the favourites for Cuadrado due to this rapport and the chance to guarantee regular first team football.

Milan are having a cash-flow crisis, as the Chinese takeover is still not finalised and there are problems selling Carlos Bacca to raise funds.
