If Li turns down Commisso tonight, then he 100% has the means to move forward.

It's literally that simple.

There is no chance in hell you can convince me that anyone would every turn down 7-800m in his face, or lose 300m+

So, Commisso is supposedly the front runner for some time to buy the majority. I guess Han Li raced over to NY unaware that Commisso actually wants 100%.

Commisso is the preferred guy because he does not mind being the minority.

This is why the Chinese prefers to deal with him.

Yonghong Li has an offer of 7-800m for 100% of the shares of AC Milan.

Yonghong Li has to repay 32m by July 10, and 300m+ by October, or loses absolutely everything. Literally everything.

only number I saw reported was 500m for 75%

Same reports we are all reading. Reports are always conflicting, little truth in it.

I tend to believe what makes sense, Li does not want to move out completely.

SKY literally just wrote Commisso wants 100% of the club.

the 7-800m is what I am expecting Li would value the club at. We dont know any fine details, all we can do is guesstimate.

If Li accepts the offer from Commisso tonight, then it 100% confirms he never had the financial means to move foreard with ownership of this club.

He rejects, and the only logical answer is, he does.

How is that not a fair assumption?

The reason he would reject is that there are other buyers willing to leave him with some minority shares. Let's say 25%. The reason for that is the hope that Milan grows in value over the next 2-3 years and he can sell the remaining 25% at a higher value, hence possibly breaking even or even making some money.

Again, this option is only valid if there are other buyers. Looking at the news that the Ricketts family seems to be on standy, it's actually a very likely scenario.

He said he’s not going to get involved right from the get go.
