Pep threw away this match. Alves need to be transitioning from defence to attack to bring out his best, otherwise what's the point. The defender tracking him always knows where he is.

Very good attitude from Madrid. That's how you break the rythm of the play and make the game cold.

And surprisingly, Barcelona players also feel the preassure and make mistakes and get nervous. European clubs in general have a lot to learn from this game.


Edit: BTW, highlight of the match was Barcelona last attempt to take a free kick high into the box from their own half ROFL
