Hazard is too cultured a footballer to join Utd. It would be a monumental waste of talent.

He needs to go somewhere where the style of play is a bit more advanced than crossing the ball into the box all game and hoping for something to happen.

Needs to join a team who won't park the bus and play 10 defenders every other match.

Needs to ease up on the fake tan

Anyway looks like Martinez is about to join Liverpool and Solskjaer rejected Villa. Shame on both counts.

Why do united even want hazard? You have potentially 2 best wingers in epl (if not two best, 2 of top 5).

I'd say central midfield is a slightly bigger issue...

Fergie said we're going to change our style, probably to a more 4-2-3-1 formation as opposed to 4-4-2/4-4-1-1.

We're also interested in Kagawa. According to Kicker (which apparently is a good source) we've had a bid rejected for Kagawa so it would seem like we're in for both, though it's also possible that we're treating Kagawa as a back up option incase Hazard goes to City or Chelsea.

------------Rooney-------------
Nani--------Hazard-------Valencia

Not sure where that leaves Hernandez/Welbeck though.

united logic
tevez playing well? - bench him for berbatov
berbatov playing well? - bench him for hernandez
hernandez playing well? - bench him for welbeck
welbeck playing well? - replace him with an am

senile purple-nose should retire before he starts playing 1-2-7 formation. tho league will be super boring without him.

The guy without the shirt on...

Read an interview the other day when he said winning the CL would be great because "I would create history" :fp:

The difference between Terry and Keane is unbelievable...

Yep. I'm really interested to see what Solsjkaer will do in the future, one of the few likeable Utd players, had decent success in... Norway?

Martinez will fail at Liverpool. :(

Molde. He guided them to their first ever league title this season. Won just about everything with United's reserves as well though that's a bit different.

I think he'll do well. The Villa job would have been great for him, though it probably came a bit too soon. Villa's a bigger job than people think.

my sauces tell me Arsene Wenger is planing a swoop for this virtually unknown, extremely young, hot prospect:

my sauces also tell me that Arsene is willing to give him 25 new Ben-10 action figures (before taxes) per month.

this would ofc, be the highest ever transfer money paid out by Arsenal.

I can't believe Andy Carrol is playing. Andy Carrol. Why.

Decent team from Hodgson aside from Carrol, swap him with Rooney, move Gerrard further up, drop Downing. Sorted.

Forgot about this. What's the 11 and who scored? Was it a good goal?

Young, decent goal, shite defending.

Jones is RB, not sure/don't care about the rest of the defence.

---Gerrard--Parker---

Milner---Young--Downing

---------Carrol----------

Downing :fp:

I've only been watching for 5 minutes, but in that time Norway must have had about 80% possession. We still can't keep hold of the ball it seems.

Yeah, we get the ball and don't know that you can pass sideways/backwards.

I think I'd rather Hodson go with a hard working, solid midfield like he makes all his teams, at least then we probably won't get embarassed. Hodgson is fucked though, he's got a team that doesn't know its best formation/players. And he's got 2 games to find out.

I'd rather we have Milner at CM, Gerrard AM and Young on the wing.
