Read the 4th and 5th volumes of Tokyo Ghoul as well, the story is progressing really nicely and it didn't get stale so far.

The 4th volume was a total rip off of Silence of the Lambs though, but entertaining nonetheless.

The only complain i have so far is the fucking price for these things, they are priced twice as much as Stephen King novel :fp:

I didn’t like the 4th, and stopped half way.

Is the 5th worth reading?

I finally watched Naruto recently. Skipped the filler. Was ok. 7/10
And Rurouni Kenshin. Also no filler. Was meh. 6.5/10
Tried to get into Gintama, but the fact it has no story arcs and just random episodes was too much. Got 30 episodes in and dropped it

Depends on what you want from a Manga I guess. What I like about it so far is that the story isn't stale and it keeps progressing from volume to volume.

If you like the first 3, you should give the 5th one a chance. If you didn't really like them, then my guess is you should buy something else.

Some new-ish Manga, all ongoing and less than 100 chapters

Witch Hat Atelier
Harry Potter but moe

Dr. Stone
Like playing through a game of Civilization, where you spam science to rush through the tech tree but your opponent has haxxx military power

Goblin Slayer
A light hearted D&D parody where the MC is a legendary slayer of goblins who discovers that there's more to life than just slaying goblins all the time, like adventure, friendship and maybe even love?

Dungeon Meshi
A straight forward quest into a dungeon goes horribly wrong as one of the party members is eaten by a dragon and they lose all their food and gold. Starving, penniless and with the memory of their fallen ally fresh in their mind, the party ventures on deep into this horrific dungeon filled with vile monsters, all the while being forced to hunt, cook and eat said monsters just to survive. Gets truly grim and dark. NOT for the faint of heart.

been a while, some good old manga/anime discussions...

anyone reading boku no hero?
One punch man?

Other suggestions?

Seems lately there isn't anything new and amazing.

Some anime like overlord has been fun, and the new mao different world/trapped stuff has been fine.

Steins gate, a little bit of a let down.

Hopefully something here some one can bite :)

Haikyuu, The Promised Neverland, and Kingdom I would recommend.

watch grand blues thanks

Grand Blue (ぐらんぶる) is a monthly Seinen Manga written by Kenji Inoue (creator of the Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts Light Novels) and illustrated by Kimitake Yoshioka (of the Amagi Brilliant Park Manga fame). What sets it apart from most Slice of Life stories is its cast and setting: college is very different from high school, and topics that wouldn't usually show up in the latter like the consumption of alcohol, sex and the quest to lose one's virginity are rampant. Despite the narrative's potential for raunchiness, Grand Blue is light-hearted and tells an always hilarious, yet moving story of a young man's journey into adulthood.

One of the few Anime that could work as a Western made live action show.

Even then, the music and visuals are a big part of what makes Bebop special. It's a very A E S T H E T I C Anime, will be difficult to translate that to live action.
