I just have that feeling that he's destined to be something big. Half of second goal is all on him. And he's not even 19 and playing with that amount of confidence. Unreal.

I don't really hate Puyol anymore.
He is a good guy, a warrior, a man of his club. He likes Milan too

True. He's a good player to support for a neutral fan. But that association of him to the Sheva disallowed goal is difficult to shake off.

if we're thru the next round, yes. otherwise, hatred grows twice

on topic, i really like him and wish him to develop to his full potentials. am i the only one who thinks he'll do wonders if he plays in two men attack system?

he was off balance lol but credit to niang for scaring their entire defense. I say we unleash the beast from the start against barca in the return leg.

barca players running around clueless...getting thrown to the ground....watching the ball with exagerated head movements.."hunhh?? whatt??? oh no?? what now???? hunnhhh????"

3 milan players so calm, ruthless, elegant

I expected him to work better as a super sub yesterday, taking them on once they were tired, it worked even better to make him come in after Pazzo's and Puyol's clash that left Puyol in an even worse state, and no on eelse in Barcelona's defense was capable of marking anyone else.

He's explosive style, with pace reminded me of Joel Campbell's (though Joel is much less physical, and weaker), and I remembered how Joel toyed around Puyol when we faced Spain in here (left him on the floor several times).

in some sense, this is probably why we're looking at biabiany (similar game... explosive pace off the wing)

If robinho goes, i would like to have an experienced wide forward... just for a) insurance and b) so niang isn't depended to start 40 games

Our attack in future is scary good. Frightening.

Our scouting has been marvelous this season. Who thought Constant and Niang are gonna solve half of our problems.

i knew constant was good way before lot of people here but i expected him to start as LCM not LB though lol. Niang was highly rated for a year or so and lot of other teams wanted him, he just chose us and really fits into our system perfectly now. We are unbeaten in the games niang has started :o.

Lol at Puyol running like a little girl.
I want Niang "Baby-Dragon" scare the fuck off Inter defence, Barca defence on the return leg.
Soon will come his goal, and he will explode even more...Just wait and see.

For someone who claims to like Milan, he really plays a disgustful game against that club, time after time.

Uh what?

I don't like him cause I think he's most overrated defender of a generation but what you said makes no sense

You can like a side but when game starts you do what you do to win

Niang is in the list. But the perfomance isnt important in that list only the market value is important.

The value from transfermarkt and I have determined the values.

+1 a modern defender like silva shits on him if/when he was in his prime.

Silva is the best defender since Nesta in his prime.

Puyol is good in my opinion.

But currently none of the Barca CBs is world class or so on.

World class: Silva, Ramos

Almost world class: Pepe, Kompany, Chiellini

Almost almost world class  : Agger, Piqué, Vidic, Vertonghen

Puyol is meh...not much talent but a lot of heart
Kompany is good
Juve is nothing without Chiellini
Vidic was a rock before his injury
Ignoring his stupidity, Pepe is an efficient CB

It was simply beautiful. Muntari ran about 50 meters to get there. I just happened to watch the replay of the goal before reading your post.

Ambrosini wins the ball, Montolivo with unbelievable control and a beautiful pass to Niang, heroics the rest of the way!
