Knock on door of Real. Get:
Mariano Diaz and Ceballos both for free with wages paid by Milan for 6 or 18 months and options to buy. Both are now considered outside the future RM project. The experience of Ceballos at Arsenal was a flop and with the Euro coming up, it should provide enough opportunity to have full negotiation options for right to purchase. This will cover the CF position and CM position.
Get Paolo Ghiglione for 7Me which covers RM and RB positions, while giving us a good prospective player part of the U20 team.
Sell Piatek for 27Me, Krunic for 10/12Me, release Biglia, and you have most of the money necessary for Tonali.
Even if RR does not leave, he remains a solid backup to Theo. If he goes to PSV, then we can get a LB prospect for not much.
We would strengthen our team considerably and we would get solid/quality players with little disbursement of money for FFP.

Also, Milan scored 16 goals in 17 games before Ibra (Serie A and Coppa). Since?
