yea fair enough he probably hit on most of the points he should have had, but i just didnt think he spoke well. but to be fair if that was me standing infront of 60000 fans and god knows how many watchin on tv then i doubt id have spoken any better. he just kinda rambelled over his words, i thought he would have given a much better goodbye speech, a speech that the hairs wud stand on the back of your neck i guess. wasnt easy for him though

It's not wrestling dude, Football coaches are not required to have mic skills.

Will be interesting to see how Pellegrini adapts to EPL. He's certainly worth the bet, great coach.

Think it's safe to say the whole 'Manchester is Blue' myth was put to bed tonight. United completely shit all over City.

With Chelsea , United and City all set to get new managers and have a possible transitional season. This could be Arsene's year :fp::lol::fp:

Lol to be fair how many of those people are actually from Manchester?

True. I'm pretty sure most of them came all the way from Iran to make the 2 hour parade where you only end up seeing the bus for a few minutes.

Drive from London or the rest of the country? Manchesters population is about half a million so it pretty logical to assume loads of those people were not from Manchester.

Chelsea aren't in a rebuilding phase. Neither are United tbh. Both sides just need a few additions.

City will probably spunk another 100m though. Same with Chelsea.

90% of them would have been from surrounding areas, judging from those who were interviewed and past experiences of trophy parades. Manchester, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire ect.

Very few would have driven from hours away, especially as the weather forecast said it'd be thunder, lightening and rain.

as of 2011 census 'greater manchester county' is considered 2.7 million

and if you stretch it farther, prolly 4 mil?

driving 30-50 km from outskirts of county to city center is not really abnormal thing for fans to do for a big event

So Birmingham (in 2011).

Win a major Cup but still get relegated :(...dunno how it works but that does mean they get a try at next season's EL, yes?

Martinez.

Watched the Treble season review couple of nights ago.

You forget how fucking influential Roy Keane was as a player.
Beckham's crossing was god like- created so many goals.
My old buddy Blomqvist was like a wizard going down the left wing, created quite a few goals too.

After the way England treated Rio under Capello and Hodgson I don't blame him.

Wouldn't surprise me if United made him do it as part of his contract negotiations. His contract is up in a few weeks. He's proven this season that he's still England's best CB. By a distance.
