great match...but absolutley horrible defending for both teams. the commentator was like 'this match is a great advertisment for the premiership'...it was exciting to watch, but the defending was just stupid at times. makes you wonder how many goals someone like adriano or shev would score in england against those kind of defences.

Melbourne, you know that's not true. There were just too many conditions that affected Mutu in England...and who's calling Mutu the best striker in Italy?

All I'm saying is that the defending in the Spurs-Arsenal game was ridiculous. You'd see better defending, well, just about anywhere.

great game,extremly fun to watch. This is how soccer should be. Too bad that the new manager of the spurs (Martin Jol) couldn't get a draw at his first official match as manager for the spurs.

It was a extreme example i used in my defence of the EPL. I just dont think it is that bad. If Milan played against Chelsea, Arsenal or even Man Utd i doubt we'd go too well.

Dude Adriano and Sheva will carve up EPL... Man Utds forwards: RVN, Saha, Smith, Ronney have six goals between them. Everybody knows that the EPL is more open style of play and in italy the game is more tecnical especially in defense. eg if you wna compare players Henry at Juve shitkicker, at Arsenal Star... Berkamp Inter shitkicker, at Arsenal Star.

But yeah, I'm not happy about the game, especially as we led 1:0 and then conceded an easy goal in the stoppage time of the 1st half. Disastrous defending from both sides.

Trust me, Shevchenko would. Henry's awesome but the clowns playing in defence in England really help. Look at how Henry played when was at Juventus....

Sheva scores in big games but over the year Herny scores more goals and gives off more goals (assits) than anyone in world football.
