Fell asleep in the first half of the Stoke/Chelsea game was terrible. Dunno bout second half though.

2 out of the 3 were clear penalties.

Chelski should have gotten at least one penalty. Bad refreeing for me.

They just need an attacking playmaker and they will be set for the season.

BTW, Alex is such a beast defender. He's awesome in the air plus pretty decent tackler as well. Very underrated defender.

Doesnt matter if u watch one second or the full 90 minutes, you cant judge a manager after one match. Chelsea played away from home against a tough side. Not to mention most of the top sides drop points at the start of the season. Arsenal draw, Liverpool draw, wouldnt be surprised if United draw.

I think they're badly in need of a proper winger as well. They'll get nowhere unless they add someone who can make an interesting pass and someone who can beat his man.

Chelsea simply does not have the players to run AVB's system right now. And to be honest, AVB will likely run two squads out there to win the UCL. They are flush with strikers are have a dearth of true wingers.

They NEED Modric, quite badly if I might add. I think that 25 M and a loan of Sturridge would probably get it done, if Mr. Levy isn't being a gargantuan twat still.

I actually like the idea of Sturridge on the right wing for Chelsea. He had a pretty good preseason but your right, they are in need of a player like Modric but also a player like Hulk/Ribery/Johnson etc.

True, I think they need to sign Modric and get rid of their dead wood in attack, Hulk would be great for them.

I so like MU's lineup this year, looks a bit like Arsenal upfront but much more solid in the back. The 4 guys upfront can play in almost every position and change places so comfortably.

their midfield changed, yet they seem like they havent missed those a single bit. SAF really is an unbelievable manager.
