no we are not, we have to make things from scratch, winning mentality is there but we are not dedicated enough not persevering enough (which are always underrated. )
work man like attitude is missing, go to roots and work your way up. blah it doesnt matter how many trophies you won but without being athletic and without running you cant win anything.

if people believe otherwise good luck, a capello mourinho van gaaal or some no nonsense coach will do great to this squad or he will leave/fired in a week. one fairy is enough but when it becomes fairy xi we are going to be losers

This is so clear, the problem is Berlusconi. All the workman attitude you are saying is exactly what I said. You need a reason to work hard, like us going to work for money (well, money is not their motivation though). We did not run enough and failed to stand up during hard times last season was because of the lack of a reason to play. They are all like "What the fuck am I running in this stadium for? I am so fed up with titles." I am wondering if he's hearing all this, if he is then it will be the best thing that has happened to Milan, ever.

This match was different, we were saying goodbye to Leo and playing for our pride after a failed season, that's why we tried harder than usual. And even though Juve was pure shit (so much worse than us) this victory proved that the core quality that makes up Milan is not gone, it is still there. But we need desire and passion, these oldies no longer have the two things. If B invests in some players who have a clear reason to play for this team then we will be working hard like you said and it will be different. It all comes down to B whether this team is gonna fly high again.

I agree that a) players lose motivation if they feel that the club is not investing in success and b) we put in more effort to give Leo a well-deserved send off.

But you have to be kidding me if you think that this squad can compete for titles as it is. To do what Inter have done this year, or Barca/Chelsea in years past, at the very least we need:

1) A very good striker like Dzeko who can complement Pato, bang in 20+ goals a season, and stay healthy
2) Abate to learn how to shoot/dribble/pass, or a new FB that can do all of this well
3) To replace Seedorf at CAM, or lose the CAM role in favor of a box-to-box MF (or play Ambro + Flam + Pirlo in midfield) and play 4-3-3/4-3-1-2
4) A solid CB backup
5) A solid backup for Pato/Dinho

That is the minimum we must do to have a chance. To have a very good chance, we'd need additional reinforcement.

Its evident we missed an in form Clarence. Before his first injury, he was on fire, and was basically the main catalyst in Milan's attack, doing most of the running connecting midfield and attack. Along with fullbacks and a backup for Nesta, its another main priority we should look into.

so true along with his goals and ambro goals (last season ambro got 7+ dorfs 7 and pirlo's 5= 19 goals ) and that would've put us right up there with printer in terms of goal scored ;how is it that Manure who play a similar formation managed to score 86 goals ,even if you take away rooney's 26 in the league they are on par with us?!!!!

we need midfielders who can score even if just 1 would make a difference

The Dinho goal was the first time during the match i took my camera out, and BOOM :d
Awesome game, awesome experience!

Is there an other way i can rewatch the game?

Where's the full trip report? Story, pics, vids and tips!

Meanwhile this may help you(though it takes a day or two to get it without some membership programme)

Thanks Jasper, Devil helped me. I'm going to watch the game in a few minutes :D. I doubt i'll enjoy it as much as Saturday. I remember some possesion play from Milan in the 2nd half where they totally dominated Juventus (mostly Dinho + Seedorf + Antonini).

A small report (mostly pictures & clips ;)):

This is how it (litteraly) looked when i entered my gate). Last year i was on the 3d anello so this was a massive improvement :D

At the beginning we found our seats and there was a big banner against Berlusconi from the Curva Sud. So we couldn't see shit (see picture below) and me and a friend (we were with a total of 9 guys) went down and went to the platform behind the goal to watch the beginning of the match until we were sent back up. At that time the banner was gone so that was ok ;)

Pictures form the Curva when we were downstairs:

This was taken from our actual seats:

The 3-0 from Dinho, the first time i took my camera during the whole game :D:

The day after was the Scudetto fight. I was really happy the Milan - Juve game was on saturday night because the atmosphere was electrifying. And we enjoyed it a lot more. If it would be on sunday and 5 minutes after the game you'll hear that Inter won the Scudetto the whole day was spoiled. That wasn't the case so we had a nice party after the game! But ok, the day after we went to a pub in a street behind the Duomo and we watched the game with 50-70 Interisti. The first half was awesome because Roma went 0-2 up really fast and Inter kept missing chances.

After the 0-1 from Milito the whole street, actually the whole center of the city exploded. From that moment my smile was gone and i left that place to treat myself some comforting Milan merchandise ;). I bought a nice tracksuit and the home jersey (with Nesta :star:). 30 mins later Inter where champions and the Piazza Duomo was filled with Black & Blue so i got a bit naucios and just HAD to put on my tracksuit! And my friend put on his Milan jersey wich was a really funny moment. For 15 minutes everybody stared at us and we started to mock them (7 CL's) and they started to mock us (0 tituli).

After 15 minutes an irritated cop told us to take of the merchandise because we were provocating the crowd on the Piazza :tongue:. One of the guys made a little clip when we were taking of our Milan stuff. I'll post it when i have it ;)

This is how i watched the game, behind me there where 30 more Interisti or so:

intercampione.jpg

To bad we couldn't do the tour around San Siro & the museum on monday because some local youth teams had a tournament inside (yeah we were jealous on some 12 year old boys :D) the stadium. Better luck next year!

ps. Sorry for my bad grammar. No in the mood to check it ;) Wanna watch the game :star:

edit: to bad this forum doesn't resize the pictures automatically. Sorry guys :(
