does anybody know of a fantasy game for serie a?

i want one that specifically has a draft though, similar to fantasy football in the u.s.

it's becoming very unfair with those state-funded clubs
and before anyone jumps here, we aren't a state-funded club
UEFA should put somekind of cap on clubs spending in mercato, depending on their previous spendings
because the current law is full of loopholes

Im afraid that is wishful thinking. Silva is a national team capped player who has played in the senior team of a respected club.

Weren't a lot of ppl predicting that he would come here and start scoring goals by the boatload?

Weren't some predicting that he would be a Sheva-type Secondary Striker?

I was talking about the ease of prediction of charting Silva's career here.

Suppose we don't get a marquee striker...that doesn't guarantee that Silva will flop .....he could go on to score a ton as a #9 and never look back

Conversely

We could get some super striker and he ends up getting sidelined.

I'm not sure at all what's obvious here.

If we sign a marquee player, who is to say Silva won't play alongside that player? Silva is a second striker. I feel like this has been discussed a million times already.

when you have 2 young players competing for one post
usually it's one of them who shines, the other flops
cutrone is just a young player who came for free from primavera and who isn't under pressure at all, playing in a very familiar environement
unlike silva who is under huge pressure, moved for a big price and there are high expectations on him

This is just about the most ridiculous thing I have heard all day. Cutrone simply isn't as good as Silva. Silva will do well for us. I remember when people hyped high primavera scoring Zigoni... then he went on to do nothing.

Thats just confirmation bias on your part mate. You are just forgetting your guesses that went wrong.

Besides many fans saw most of the above coming miles away too, we just wanted to be positive and hope the best for the club. For instance I think we all knew Ibra had a poor track record in CL for whatever reason but we still wanted Ibra to win the CL with us somehow.

With his playing style and his weaknesses I dont think most people saw Pato as a consistent 25+ goal a season forward ala Sheva or prime Brazilian Ronaldo either, even before the crippling injuries. But we all still wanted Pato to succeed and hoped Pato would exceed our expectations to become a goalscoring phenom (unfortunately it didnt happen).
