You should look up how many touches Pirlo have each game. I don't know myself, but I'm betting it's a lot.

Pirlo have fantastic passing, creativity and vision... always have, always will. If you can't see that then you're the one who does't understand football. And it's pretty clear that you don't.

Also, this is coming from someone who wants to beat Pirla with a bat.

If he didn't play in front of the defense I wouldn't be nearly as harsh on him...but he does and that position comes with certain requirements...which Andrea doesn't have
Pirlo was always a risk/reward experiment because of that and I never liked that

P!rl0 is KNOWN for his interceptions, and reading the other team's attacks and defense. This is one of the reasons Ancelotti had so much success with him as a "deep-lying playmaker" which is basically a CDM who has the added responsibility of starting his own team's attacks.....Sure he is a shit tackler but he made several interceptions when he decided to give a shit.

The reason opposition players outrun him is because he's about as fast as a three legged turtle high on weed. Many pacy or strong attackers made a mockery of him simply because he didn't have the physique or he simply didn't give a shit, whether it was due to him being gassed or genuinely not caring, as was often the case at Milan.

And I did offer rational reasons...he lacks several qualities a DM should have that was my point all along
For example when the opposition has the ball the anchor's role is to move around,mark,tackle players and interrupt plays...Pirlo never does/did that

Freedom of Speech has constantly been shunned for decades now by what I would like to group them all together and call them "Ideological Nutjobs"(I would include all religions too not just Islam)
