The reason Milan staff are not saying anything is because they are about to enter into legal proceedings:

“AC Milan fully trusts the CAS will hear its arguments and will refrain from commenting further pending the arbitration.”

Halilovic has finished all the medical visits, which went well, and has already left Milan. However, the negotiations won't be closed today, as Milan wants it to be a loan with an obligation to buy or a purchase at an advantageous price.
