I think this is an interesting scetch, but personally I'd like Silvio to have more of a warrior type of statue rather than the philosopher/Roman statesman kinda statue. I'm thinking this:

The new stadium should only have one Curva and makes the away fans mix with the Neutrals, a <) shaped sorta stadium for maximum intimidation

Yeah then we will have normal fans killed. We should have a ring outside the stadium where the ultras fight each other I say use a cage or something.

La Fenix Company è lieta di comunicare che è stato raggiunto un Accordo con il Comune di Rho per la costruzione di Casa Milan.

L'Acquisizione nei giorni scorsi del terreno e le concessioni avute dal comune ci possono far dire che il Nuovo Stadio Del Milan si farà e sarà operativo tra Tre anni. Il 14 di questo mese inaugureremo e metteremo la prima pietra, tra tre anni, precisamente il 14 Febbraio ( 2014) inaugureremo la nuova struttura.

"The determination of Barbara Berlusconi in Milan's future to deliver a new stadium is strict, but those figures are out of reach. You should evaluate alternatives and other ways, examining other areas (where the requests for the Expo area do not go down), and also discusses the redesign of for San Siro.

If Inter get the land then and move stadium, then we still get about 50 million more anyway. (As long as we buy the stadium from the council).

This is hugely disappointing.

After a cursory review of the finances needed to build new stadium I learned on average 300-500 million Euros is needed for the construction and land. So its still within the realm of possibility/reasonableness based on cost the entire operation, but certainly not the land itself.

I know Juve built their stadia for around 120-150 million Euros but any stadium Milan builds could possibly cost near double (200-250), based on the higher capacity (60K seats, VIP boxes, improved sight lines, museum) and clubs ambitions. They repeatedly mentioned the Allianz Arena as a point of reference and that stadium cost somewhere around 340 million Euros.

Milan absolutely need to build their own stadia and operate at near profit every season, only then will the club be able to make long term plans. Otherwise we can count on short term signings and freebies for the foreseeable future because financially we need to be in the Champions League to operate at near break-even. Makes it impossible to build a real youth policy because we can't afford to take chances.
