Sneijder is class, young, very skillful. Seedorf can play as a back-up. Rotation is good
It may be but it's something Carlo doesnt know of

Has there been any evidence of Milan showing interest in Sneijder?

Not in this transfer season, at least not that much...in fact i think sneijder is just a dream for Milan. Though it would be nice to bring him

SEEDORF STAYING AND WEARING THE no 10 Shirt

Gallianis official Statment!!

THE NUMBER 10. The question of who will wear the number 10 shirt after Manuel Rui Costa left has been resolved, with Clarence Seedorf taking it: 'When Rui left Milan, I called Clarence and asked him if he would wear the 10 shirt. I had no problems with him saying yes, which also proves that Clarence will not leave Milan.'

i dont care what numbers they all wear as long as they play good...if wearing the no10 inspires seedorf to greater heights then all the better for the club

I was hoping maybe Yoann Gourcuff would be our new no.10 .... but then numbers don't really mean much. And hopefully No.10 will inpires Seedorf ... ;)

Yes, and Rui did deserve the number 10?

Seedorf is twice the player Rui Costa is/was. Congrats Seedorf.

Seedorf on the bench with Ancelotti?
Not likely, if not impossible!
Carletto knows, like many, how precious his jewel is.

Seedorf is one of Ancelotti's favourate players.
If i didn't make mistake, after Milan 3-2 beaten Juve in 2003 CL final, Ancelotti ran and embrace Seedorf first !
But Seedorf is one of the most undisciplined players.:D

Undisciplined?
Please explain.
Hope you are not referring to that red card at Messina.

No, not because of the red card at Messina.
I mean he always pays no heed to the ball when he is in the field. Sometimes i doubt if he really obeys Ancelotti's tactic.
For example, he always slow + dribbling so much time.
But finally, he could make great pass.
Well, i just think he should keep longer time about his good condiction. If you looked carefully, you could find in a lot of games, Seedorf was the best in this 2 minutes and then became the worst in next 2 minutes.

Clarence Seedorf is starting his fifth season at Milan with a new number on his back, joining great champions like Rui Costa that have worn number ten. Clarence affirmed his love for Milan’s red and black jersey, saying: ‘Milan is in my blood. I have never spent so much time with the same team. Here I always have many reasons to be stimulated each and every year.’ Clarence is disappointed about not being called up for the World Cup, but he knows that now his first objective is to do well with Milan: ‘I like to think about what I have and what I can do. If we have only the league then we will focus on winning the Italian league title.’ Seedorf isn’t worried about the penalty, actually he believes that it could be an extra push to do well. He feels the fans’ support, he feels that this team is strong and he is proud of the victory that his Italian team-mates have brought home: ‘They have done a great thing for Italian football.’ Clarence’s experience tells him that there is no need to worry about not having Shevchenko around, because everyone will work even harder in attack and someone else will score more, someone like him. Number ten is working its magic or maybe it’s the wisdom of experience, because Seedorf seems to be better than ever.

I think this season will be a defining season for Seedorf. He will either have a good season and prove that he is still valuable. Or he will have a poor season and show that his career is pretty much over.

I agree to some extent. I don't think it will mean his career is over but more on the decline. He would still have something good to contribute.
