Like breaking serve in tennis, doesn't mean anything if you don't back it up with a hold of your own serve. Have to find a way to win this match... There are a lot of points out there for us over the next three matches, but we must find a way to get up for the smaller sides like we did against Inter and Fiorentina.

Very tricky match where a "surprise" draw/loss would not... well... surprise.

Palermo away is always a tough one. A win would increase and prolong our confidence a great deal. Which would be awesome because Roma, Inter and Fiorentina keep screwing things up.

^^ agreed. a lot more important than the derby.

milan's away record this season has been abysmal. we've only won 3 out of 11 games played away in Serie A. our last away game versus Empoli we struggled so badly. we did not even have possession and our excuse was that Empoli was a great team lol.

Palermo are in the bottom quarter of the table and are struggling to stay up. This is a very difficult stadium and they'll put up a fight but it shouldn't be anything this squad can't handle (on paper at least).

It's clear that there are two different Milan teams this season, the home Milan and the away Milan. They play very different from each other especially in character and confidence. We need to do a lot better and it has to start tonight. We can't keep hoping a run of wins will just come when we see a string of relatively easier games. These are the games that Mihajlovic needs to work very hard on the players motivation cause it is these games that have hurt us the most in the last 3 years.

We do need to win this game. We should win this game.

Our main problem this season has been consistency. We beat Lazio or Samp comfortably and then squander points to teams at the bottom of the table. We beat Fiorentina comfortably and draw to Empoli(not that big of a deal, Empoli are good now).

We need to pick up all the points possible and I'm confident we can do it.
