He also seems to rely on speed. That last play was pure luck that he was able to maintain control of the ball and get past the three Athletico players. Honestly, apart from moments of brilliance i've never seen much in him tbh. He's not average but he aint no Neymar

Real's extremely fluid and flexible set up is really fucking with Atletico's defensive plan. For once, Real are not trapping their fullbacks forcing them to play wide and lose the ball, but smartly playing more through the centre and then quickly up to Bale or Ronaldo taking care not to lose it in a precarious position.

Atleti is struggling as probably expected with the ball. Their only outlet seems to be Luis, Koke and Griezmann on the left. Saul, Torres and Augusto has been poor. I'm guessing they'll pick up the pace in the second half, probably put Carrasco for Augusto or Saul. Real defense still doesn't look completely secure, need Koke to pick a pass tho.

Full credit to Zigoat, LOL at the noobs here comparing him to Seedorf and Pippo.

Bale is such a freak. Motm with Ramos so far.
