really really don't want Balo.....almost as much as I didn't want ronaldinho...not now...Pazzo is doing a decent job...$h!tlegri has finally gotten a defensive lineup and team formation, SES is doing well....Niang is doing well......why fix the few unbroken parts of the machine?:fp:

When/where did I ever blame Allegri for Balo? I think I made it clear that it was Berlu's desire for moaaar forwards. I will not for a second dispute Balotelli's ability....the same way as I never argued Ronaldinho's.

But getting a super striker is not what we NEED atm with the problems being in defense and midfield.

getting a Drama-less Balo will boost us by a smaller % than if we fixed our fucking issues with creativity in midfield and Bonera

I don't want Balotelli for reasons you mentioned (I just don't believe he's matured)

BUT we do need a CF.

We need a DM more. And CB more. I'd argue with De Jonbg going down and everyone bar montolivo's allergies for tackling in midfield, SOME sort of DM is biggest need atm. But after that a CF is needed. We sold Pato, Pazzini is a solid player (neither great, nor shit), but if Pazzo goes down, we literally got no one bar faux-9 action.

I think we all agree, in serie A you NEED a Cf, cause too many teams play a deep line and are hard to penetrate. So yea

I guess so.
We didnt expect to actually sign a big name and a talented player.

So if it goes through it is a good signing. Plus it means we get one needed transfer out of the way for later down the line.

CB should be next (if this goes through).
