Who's everyones tip for the US Open?

I'm gonna say Federer, I believe the hardcourt favours Federer more than clay or grass.

Many will oppose the grass fact, but the grasscourts just arn't the same as they used to be and it really doesn't favour Federer at all.

I think that Federer is best on Grass (and I still think he's the best on that surface regardless of wimbledon)

Obviously it will be between Federer, Nadal and djockovic, who's best surface is hard.

I wouldnt like to bet, although I think this is a massive tournament for Federer, if he wins he proves he is still the best, but if Nadal wins it then it could really hurt Federer's confidence.

All 3 have as good a chance as each other I'd say.

I think Nadal will win in 4 sets, while Roddic will beat Djockovic, also in 4 sets.

I think Roddick will beat Federer, and then Nadal will beat Roddick.

I have £20 riding on Roddick, and another £20 on Nadal.

I hope Federer wins though.

Nadal has 5:0 against Murray...maybe this time Murray can do some magic, hehe...i think Djokovic is too tired, last 2 matches were exhausting for him...Federer maybe doesn't look like old Federer but he gain some confidence, joking & smiling...looks like he's enjoying the game

He is always like that, and you never know when he's gonna explode

I think that FedEx will beat Djokovic as he is very very tired and I don't think he has what it takes to beat Roger again. Whoever plays against Nadal in the finals will lose coz the guy is in lethal form.

Nadal-Federer

I looked for a tennis thread here and couldn't find one.

Let's face it. Even Milan-Inter would have trouble matching the Nadal-Federer rivalry. This weekend they meet in their 7th Grand Slam final. Being Spanish...we know who I like.

What are your thoughts, preferences, etc...

Both will go down as legendary players...no question. I just can't think of a better rivalry in any sport.
