Tale of two halfs. In the first half, he was the worst player in the pitch by far. In fact, he reminded me of Ronaldo in the wc when he was overweight, out of shape. However, in the second half he limited his positioning and movement to a minimum and became better. His goal was his saving grave in my eye.

I don't know why he got so much criticism.

He did look a tiny bit lackadaisical but it wasn't often and he was impressive defensively and with his help all throughout the pitch.

seriously tho, i was really really worried after the first 20 mins he looked super rusty. thanx for the goal tho what a finish. and don't get me wrong i think its just rust. muntari fully fit is a great player

i wasnt too worried. but i did want him to play better and he did improve. and then in the 2nd half he did even better. was constantly interrupting barcelona's moves on the left side. loved it. he really hasn't hit full match fitness yet but he amazes when he takes it up a notch in-game. he did the same thing against parma.
